• Identify muscle imbalances and skeletal mis-alignment through postural evaluation.

• Determine the root cause of pain and address the deviation.

• Apply a client specific corrective exercise program to reset muscle imbalances, change joint alignment, clean up movement patterns, and relieve painful symptoms.

• Fuse strength and functional movement patterns to newly aquired pain free posture.

• Systematically progress to new levels of strength and mobility.
